When you buy a download
- You should be taken to a download page.
- You will also be sent an email from
support@softseller with the
download link, in case you missed step one, or need to download it
again.
If you have problems with the above
- If you were never taken to the download
page after paying, it is possible your popup blocker blocked it.
Even if it did you should receive an email.
- Make sure the email didn't go to your SPAM folder
or JUNK email folder, as it comes from
support@softseller.

The 2 MOST COMMON PROBLEMS
- After downloading it, when you click it to
install it, you get a message " File contains
invalid data ", or " File is corrupt "
.
- After successfully installing it, when you run
it, your page opens with blank boxes on
the screen.
ANSWERS for the 2 MOST COMMON PROBLEMS
- You are downloading the same file that others
have successfully downloaded many times before. So the problem
is that the download was interfered with at some point,
either by your internet connection, or by Yahoo, who provides my web
hosting. Please try to redownload it. Others have found
success by going to a different computer, especially with a
different internet connection, for example, at their office, and
downloading it there. Tip: You can copy the downloaded
setup file and install it on as many computers as you wish at any
time later. Also, perhaps the server is busy.
It would be good idea to reboot your computer, and come back after
several minutes to try again, when hopefully the server is less busy
as well.
- The "blank boxes" ... even though all of
the files are ON YOUR COMPUTER, I use your web browser, such as
Internet Explorer, to display and play the flash files. Again,
you do not need to be ON the internet for this to work.
However, Internet Explorer and other browsers try to protect you
from virus and bad scripts, and so they will block content
for your benefit. With Windows, you need to look exactly at the top of
the video page you are opening. You should see a
off-white or light yellowish bar across the
top that says something about blocking content. You
just need to click on this bar and select to
Allow the Content.
- Playing the videos on a MAC
- as these are
flash files, some versions of the Apple Safari browser will not play
them, or play them all at once. The best solution
for this is to download Google Chrome, which should play the files
fine and is now available for free for a MAC.
Lastly, if you still have problems, remember I will
REFUND ALL OF YOUR MONEY. Please don't just file a dispute with
Paypal before giving me a chance to reply, as that just slows the
process down. Please remember I work another job and will reply
just as soon as possible. I check my emails at least twice every
day, so at the very max your wait should be 12 hours, though usually
much faster.
